- 1 whole roasted chicken
- 2 cups of wild rice
- 1 cup of green beans
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Place lemon slices inside the chicken cavity.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions, carrots, and green beans.
- Cook wild rice according to package instructions.
- Roast the chicken in the oven for 1.5 hours or until cooked through.
- Serve the chicken with wild rice and sautéed vegetables.
