- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Edible glitter for decoration
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk, alternating between them.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
- Once cooled, frost the cakes and decorate with edible glitter.
Notes
- Chill the cake for an hour before serving for better slicing.
- Use different colors of frosting for a festive look.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
