Zutaten
Skala
- 200g wheat noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 100g bean sprouts
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Cook the wheat noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add carrot and bell pepper; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add bean sprouts and noodles to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with green onions and serve hot.
