Anweisungen
- Combine crushed gingerbread cookies and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix well.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then mix until combined.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture on top of the cookie crust in the cups.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
