- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 cup whipped cream
Anweisungen
- Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until combined.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Slice and serve cold.
Notes
- Use homemade whipped cream for better flavor.
- Can substitute graham crackers with Oreo cookies for a different taste.
