Zutaten

  • 2 lbs of beef tenderloin
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, and bell peppers)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the beef with garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef on all sides.
  4. Transfer the beef to a baking dish and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, add red wine and beef broth, simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Steam the mixed vegetables until tender.
  7. Remove the beef from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Slice the beef and serve with sauce and vegetables.
