- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, ketchup, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread additional ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
