- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Anweisungen
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Add honey and almond milk, and stir until smooth.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 60 seconds.
- Let cool for a minute before enjoying.

- Can be made vegan by using plant-based protein and maple syrup.
