A simple and creamy dish that combines chicken, rice, and parmesan in one pan.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Anweisungen
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add rice and stir for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, return chicken to the pan, and cover.
- Simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use different types of cheese if desired.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
