A simple and hearty meal of oven baked chicken and rice.

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe dish, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in rice and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until chicken is golden.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use bone-in chicken for more flavor.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Can substitute brown rice for white rice, adjusting cooking time.
