- 1/4 cup brown sugar for topping
Anweisungen
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange the cubed brioche bread in the dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, ensuring they are well soaked.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and set.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top and broil for 1-2 minutes to caramelize.
