A delicious paleo-friendly Thanksgiving meal that everyone can enjoy.
Zutaten

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 4 cups cauliflower (riced)
- 1 cup celery (diced)
- 1 cup onion (diced)
- 1 cup carrots (diced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the turkey and pat it dry.
- Rub olive oil, salt, and pepper all over the turkey.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour broth around it.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- In a pot, sauté onion, celery, and carrots until soft.
- Add riced cauliflower, rosemary, thyme, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve with the cauliflower stuffing.
Notes
- You can use chicken broth instead of vegetable broth.
- Make sure to check the turkey’s internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Feel free to add other vegetables to the stuffing.
