Zutaten

  • 1 whole turkey (1214 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 4 cups cauliflower (riced)
  • 1 cup celery (diced)
  • 1 cup onion (diced)
  • 1 cup carrots (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the turkey and pat it dry.
  3. Rub olive oil, salt, and pepper all over the turkey.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour broth around it.
  5. Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  6. In a pot, sauté onion, celery, and carrots until soft.
  7. Add riced cauliflower, rosemary, thyme, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
  9. Serve with the cauliflower stuffing.

Notes

  • You can use chicken broth instead of vegetable broth.
  • Make sure to check the turkey’s internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
  • Feel free to add other vegetables to the stuffing.
