A simple and elegant pan fried cod with a delicious lemon butter sauce.

- 4 cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Anweisungen
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season cod fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place cod in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove cod from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Return cod to the skillet, spooning sauce over the fish.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
