Zutaten

- 500g pasta
- 400g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 800g canned tomatoes
- 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 100g parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with meat sauce and mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish; layer with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
