  • 400g ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 800g canned tomatoes
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 100g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper; simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with meat sauce and mix well.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish; layer with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
