A creamy and cheesy broccoli casserole inspired by Paula Deen.

- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup crushed crackers
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, rice, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with crushed crackers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
- You can replace fresh broccoli with frozen broccoli.
- Make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
