- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp milk
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and chopped pecans.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with a mixture of beaten egg and milk.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
