Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Add chopped pecans and corn syrup, and stir gently.
- Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
