Anweisungen

  1. Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.
  2. Soak the rice in water for 2 hours.
  3. In a pot, combine milk and sugar, and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Add the soaked rice to the milk mixture.
  5. Stir in cardamom and rose water.
  6. Cook on low heat until rice is tender and mixture thickens.
  7. Pour the dessert into serving dishes.
  8. Garnish with pistachios, almonds, and dried fruits.
  9. Let it cool before serving.
