- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 package of frozen tater tots
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in beef broth, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture in a greased casserole dish.
- Top with tater tots and shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños.
- Use a different cheese if preferred.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
