  • 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Anweisungen

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add beef steak to the skillet. Cook until browned.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in provolone cheese.
