This recipe combines the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak in a crispy egg roll.

- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, shredded
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Anweisungen
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add ribeye steak, cook until browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in provolone cheese until melted.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold and seal the wrappers tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use a sharp knife for slicing steak.
- For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the meat.
