Delicious philly cheesesteak egg rolls filled with meat and cheese.
Zutaten

- 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 cup green bell peppers, chopped
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Anweisungen
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers; cook until soft.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
- Place a spoonful of filling in each egg roll wrapper.
- Wrap and seal the egg rolls.
- Fry egg rolls in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
