A creamy pasta dish inspired by the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich.
Zutaten

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
- Return the steak to the skillet and pour in the beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and provolone cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use thinly sliced steak for best results.
- Feel free to add mushrooms or other vegetables.
- Adjust the amount of cheese to your preference.
