  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet and pour in the beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
