- 2 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 jar (32 oz) sauerkraut
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Season the pork with salt and pepper.
- Place the pork in the crockpot.
- Add sauerkraut, onion, apples, and caraway seeds.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Check if the pork is tender and shred if desired.
