- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Anweisungen
- Place the pork shoulder in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the mixture over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the pork with two forks and mix with sauce before serving.
