  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add the pork tenderloin on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. In a bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
  5. Pour the broth mixture over the pork.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
  7. Remove the pork, slice, and serve with the sauce from the crockpot.
