A simple and delicious pork tenderloin recipe cooked in a crockpot.

- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the pork tenderloin on top of the onions and garlic.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
- Pour the broth mixture over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
- Remove the pork, slice, and serve with the sauce from the crockpot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork overnight.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- You can add carrots and potatoes for a complete meal.
