  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons adobo seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, adobo seasoning, oregano, cumin, orange juice, lime juice, and soy sauce.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the turkey, inside and out.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and stuff it with onion, carrots, and celery.
  5. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
  6. Cover the turkey with foil and roast for 2 hours.
  7. Remove the foil and roast for an additional hour, basting occasionally.
  8. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
