- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and eggs.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and stir until combined.
- Spread the batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix until creamy.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled pumpkin bars.
