- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until mixed.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and milk, mix until creamy.
- Spread frosting over cooled pumpkin bread.
