A rich pumpkin cheesecake brownie pie layered with creamy cheesecake and fudgy brownie.

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and half the sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, remaining sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Spread half of the brownie mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Add the pumpkin cheesecake layer on top.
- Pour the remaining brownie mixture over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
