Zutaten

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and half the sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, remaining sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Spread half of the brownie mixture into a greased pie dish.
  5. Add the pumpkin cheesecake layer on top.
  6. Pour the remaining brownie mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
  8. Let cool before slicing.
