  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla, and spices. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes or until set.
