- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Cool the pie before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
