- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, and salt.
- Add eggs and heavy cream, whisk until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
