  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and pumpkin puree.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bread and pumpkin. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped pecans and stir.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  7. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar. Drizzle over the top.
