			- 2 cups pumpkin puree
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
 - 1/4 teaspoon clove
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 3 large eggs
 - 1 cup evaporated milk
 - 1 pre-made pie crust
 
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
 - In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and salt.
 - Add eggs and whisk until blended.
 - Stir in evaporated milk until smooth.
 - Pour mixture into the pie crust.
 - Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
 - Let cool before serving.
 
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream.
 - Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
