Homemade raspberry chocolate chunk ice cream with rich flavors.

- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mash raspberries with a fork.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves.
- Combine raspberry puree with the cream mixture.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In the last few minutes of churning, add chocolate chunks.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh raspberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Let the ice cream soften for a few minutes before scooping.
