Delicious raspberry crumble bars with a buttery crust and sweet raspberry filling.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Toss raspberries with cornstarch and spread over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the raspberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute frozen raspberries.
- Add lemon zest for extra flavor.
