- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
 - Butter – 1 cup
 - Salt – 2 tablespoons
 - Pepper – 1 tablespoon
 - Garlic – 4 cloves, minced

 - Carrots – 2, diced
 - Celery – 2 stalks, diced
 - Chicken broth – 4 cups
 - Stuffing mix – 1 box
 - Green beans – 1 lb
 - Cranberry sauce – 1 can
 - Pumpkin pie – 1 (store-bought or homemade)
 
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Prepare turkey by rubbing butter, salt, and pepper all over.
 - Stuff the turkey with onion, garlic, carrots, and celery.
 - Place turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
 - Cover with foil and roast for 2-3 hours, basting occasionally.
 - Remove foil and roast for an additional hour until golden brown.
 - Cook green beans in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
 - Serve turkey with stuffing, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
 - Enjoy pumpkin pie for dessert.
