Anweisungen

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
  4. In another bowl, combine oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, and vanilla.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
