  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat sugar and oil until combined.
  4. Add buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, and vanilla. Mix well.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  6. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely.
  8. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  9. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
  10. Spread filling on half of the pies. Top with remaining pies.
