- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat sugar and oil until combined.
- Add buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
- Spread filling on half of the pies. Top with remaining pies.
