Zutaten

- 1 whole chicken
- 500g pork belly
- 300g prawns
- 200g fish fillets
- 300g vegetables (bok choy, carrots)
- 2 cups rice
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup oyster sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Prepare the chicken by cleaning and marinating it with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Boil the pork belly until tender and slice it into pieces.
- Stir-fry the prawns in sesame oil until cooked.
- Steam the fish fillets with ginger and soy sauce.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Stir-fry the vegetables until tender.
- Serve all dishes together on a large table for family enjoyment.
