This is a ridiculously easy peach cobbler recipe that anyone can make.

- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sliced peaches with half of the sugar.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Pour the melted butter into a baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the butter, but do not stir.
- Spread the peaches evenly on top of the batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Can substitute frozen peaches if fresh ones are unavailable.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the peaches.
