A simple and delicious ritz cracker salted caramel icebox cake.
Zutaten

- 1 box ritz crackers
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sea salt to taste
Anweisungen
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a layer of ritz crackers over the whipped cream.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the crackers.
- Repeat layers until you reach the top of the dish.
- Finish with a layer of whipped cream and drizzle with more caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use any leftover caramel sauce for drizzling when serving.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
