Roast beef sliders are small sandwiches filled with tender roast beef, perfect for parties or gatherings.

- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and horseradish sauce.
- Slice the slider buns in half and spread the sauce mixture on both sides.
- Layer roast beef and cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with the other half of the bun.
- Place the sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can add pickles for extra flavor.
- Adjust the amount of horseradish to your taste.
