A simple roast recipe cooked in a crockpot for tender and flavorful meat.

- 3 lbs beef roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
Anweisungen
- Season the beef roast with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the chopped onion, carrots, and potatoes in the crockpot.
- Put the seasoned roast on top of the vegetables.
- Add minced garlic and beef broth to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once done, remove the roast and let it rest before slicing.
- Serve with vegetables and broth from the crockpot.

- Use your favorite vegetables in the recipe.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
