 - 1 teaspoon rosemary
 
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
 - Wash and peel all root vegetables.
 - Cut the vegetables into uniform pieces.
 - In a large bowl, combine the vegetables.
 - Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables.
 - Add salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Toss to coat.
 - Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
 - Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
 - Check for tenderness and caramelization.
