- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- Extra powdered sugar for rolling
Anweisungen
- In a large bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers, chopped nuts, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Add dark rum and corn syrup to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
- Place the rum balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
