A hearty dish combining Salisbury steak and potatoes in one skillet.
Zutaten

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add onions and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
- Add diced potatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Stir in flour to thicken the broth, then return patties to skillet.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with a side salad for extra freshness.
