  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Anweisungen

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  5. Add onions and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
  6. Add diced potatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat, cover, and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  8. Stir in flour to thicken the broth, then return patties to skillet.
  9. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
