- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a sheet cake pan.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
- Fold in diced apples and half of the salted caramel sauce.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool, then drizzle with remaining salted caramel sauce.
