Zutaten

  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
  3. Drain the sauerkraut and layer half in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the cooked rice over the sauerkraut.
  5. Add the beef mixture on top of the rice.
  6. Layer the remaining sauerkraut over the beef.
  7. Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Can substitute ground turkey for beef.
